Three Bean Salad

If you need a quick side dish for dinner, a picnic, or potluck, run to the pantry and pull out three cans of beans and an onion and bell pepper! This bean salad is super quick, easy and very yummy! Everyone who tries it seems to be very surprised how much they love it. (Makes me laugh... why are they so skeptical??) And if you have leftovers, eat this salad with some tortilla chips or toss with some lettuce and make a taco salad!
