This has got to be the most fantastic topping for tacos, nachos, enchiladas, burritos, and plain old tortilla chips! Chop up just a few ingredients and BAM! perfect condiment.
QUICK PICO DE GALLO
The key to good pico de gallo is good tomatoes. They can't be too ripe. You want them still firm. Start by dicing your tomatoes.
Dice your onion and jalapeños.
Add a little Salt.
And a little Pepper and a splash of Lime Juice.
Lastly, a whole bunch of Cilantro.
Mix and BAM! ENJOY!!!!
QUICK PICO DE GALLO
2-3 firm, ripe tomatoes, diced
1 small Onion, diced
1-2 Jalapeños, diced
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Lime Juice
1/2 C. fresh, chopped Cilantro
Toss everything together in a medium mixing bowl. ENJOY!
