Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies

Is there anything better in life then a good cookie? I say, NO..There is NOT! My favorite cookie every time is a good old fashioned Chocolate Chip Cookie! There are so many variations of the chocolate chip cookie out there. I have tried many of them. But I still go back to my mom's recipe and find it to be the most satisfying and perfect every time!

I have learned my lesson...there is no point in making these cookies unless I make a DOUBLE batch! Between my obsession with eating cookie dough and the rest of my family and adopted family loving warm cookies... I have to make a double batch just so there will be some to eat on day two! HA!

The key to perfect cookies is to slightly under-bake them. I prefer my cookies to very moist and chewy. Cookies are so easy to over-bake. Keep a close eye on them!
