My 10 Week Challenge - Week 3


So I have had an interesting week!

I completely lost my motivation for working out!  Actually,  I HATE it!

I only walked twice this week!

Thursday, 10/6 - 50 min

Friday, 10/7 - 50 min

I have been eating very well.

I lost 1 lbs this week!  Only 7 more to go!   Yeah!
