Garlic & Olive Oil Pasta

My family is obsessed with Garlic!!!    We love the smell, the flavor!

(and if we all eat it we don't notice how strong of a garlic smell we all have! HAHA!)

This recipe is so simple and quick and pairs well virtually any meat. (Salmon, chicken, steak, pork chops, etc...)

Try this as a side dish with Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken!

When you are at a loss for a delicious pasta side dish this is your new "Go-To" recipe!

GARLIC & OLIVE OIL PASTA

While your pasta is boiling... (I use whole wheat spaghetti)

Heat a 1/4 cup  of Olive Oil in a skillet.

Add in 4 heaping tablespoons of chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning

Keep the heat at medium heat to prevent the garlic from burning.

In the time it takes your pasta to boil your pasta your garlic oil will be ready! Drain your noodles and toss them with the garlic oil.

Top your noodles with some shredded parmesan cheese. And THAT'S IT! (See... I told you it was super easy!)
