Crockpot Caramelized Shredded Ham

I know it's not the Holidays... At least not yet! (I can barely believe summer is at an end!)  But I dug a Ham out of my freezer and contemplated a way to make it appetizing to my family who are not crazy about Ham. They like it...but, well, let's just say they are picky about Ham.

I am having a crazy week, so I thought of my CrockPot and decided to see what would happen if I cooked my Ham all day...

OH MY WORD!!!! I was BLOWN AWAY by the results! I know you don't normally shred Ham... But the caramelized, tender meat that  the CrockPot produced was so good! Please, do your family a favor...And TRY THIS!
