Chop up your leftover Turkey into bite size pieces.

Season the turkey with Seasoning Salt, Garlic Powder, & Black Pepper.

In a large skillet, melt some butter over med-high heat. Let the butter brown a bit.

When there is a nice nutty smell to your butter, add the turkey.

Pour in a little cream.

Cook your gnocchi in salted, boiling water. They only take a few minutes. When they float, they are done!

Scoop out the gnocchi with a slotted spoon and toss in sauce.

1 lb. Gnocchi (Mashed Potato Gnocchi)

2 C. cooked Turkey, diced

1 Tsp Seasoning Salt

1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

3 Tbsp Butter

1/2 C. Hood Heavy Cream

1/4 C. grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 C. frozen Peas

Cook Gnocchi in salted, boiling water. When they float remove from water. In a large skillet, melt butter and brown over medium heat. Season the diced turkey with seasoning salt, garlic powder and black pepper. When the butter smells nutty, add turkey. When turkey is heated add cream and parmesan cheese. Stir to incorporate. Add cooked gnocchi. Toss in sauce and add peas. ENJOY!
