Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

   

I'm addicted to Chocolate! It speaks to me. It calls my name!

This simple recipe produces a dense, but very moist cake! It comes together very easily.

I promise you won't be disappointed!

 

CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE

This cake starts of very simply. A box of vanilla cake mix and a chocolate pudding mix. Can't get much easier then that!

Plop some sour cream into your mixer with the cake and pudding mix.

Pour in some milk.

Add some eggs.

Turn your mixer on. Mix well.

Once it's nice and smooth add in the chocolate chips. (Oh, chocolate... I love you!)

You can bake your cake in a bunt pan or two loaf pans. (I bake it in two loaf pans and give one away so that I will not gain five pounds from eating too much cake!)

Bake @ 350˚ for 40-50 minutes.

Cool slightly and turn out of the pans. (Hello there!)

Mmmmm... (Swoon!) A little dollop of whip cream and you are in heaven!

CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE

1 box Cake Mix

1 (1.34oz) box Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix

8 oz. Sour Cream

3/4 C. Milk

3 Eggs

8 oz. Chocolate Chips

Mix all ingredients, minus Chocolate chips, thoroughly. When smooth, mix in chocolate chips. Spread into a bunt pan or two loaf pans. Bake at 350˚ for 40-50 minutes. Cool slightly in pans and turn out on a rack to cool. Enjoy!
