Homemade Corn Chex Krispies!!

I don’t know if you know this but My daughter, Gemma, has severe allergies. She is allergic to Rice, Oats, Wheat, Eggs, Soy, Peanuts, Nuts, & Shellfish!!! This pretty much limits her to eating practically Everything!!!

We have to substitute just about everything so she can have what we eat!

The only approved cereal she can eat is Corn Chex & Kix!!  I really wanted to make some “Rice” Krispies today so I decided to substitue the Rice for Corn Chex!!!

She really loved her Corn Chex Krispies!!!!

  • 6 cups of crushed Corn Chex
  • 3 TBS of Butter
  • 1 package of marshmallows

In a Large pan melt the butter,  then add the marshmallows till melted.  Crush the Corn Chex the mix it all together.

In a greased 10×13 pan, flatten out the mixture and let it cool.  You are done!!!  Super fast and easy way to make a yummy dessert.
